Tyler's November Campout

We went to Carsink Cave near Payson. On Friday night, we explored two caves until 11pm.All went well until our scoutmaster, Westin Whitmer, was stuck for nearly 2 hours. This picture is where he was stuck. Fortunately, prayers were answered and he made it out ok.

Tyler's September Campout

Tyler's first official campout as a 12 year-old and as initiation, he got to start the fire. We camped outside of Camp Verde at Horton Springs.

October 2008 Warner Springs Ranch

We met Grandma and Grandpa Jay at Warner Springs Ranch near Julian, CA.

In addition to horseback riding, we went swimming at the hot springs pool, did crafts, and Tyler and Dad played golf (3 times, slowly improving)

October 2008 Halloween

Trevor had his brother and sister at his preschool Halloween Party.

We also got to trick or treat on Mt. Vernon street in Prescott. Thousands of people trying to get candy from about 50 homes.

October 2008 BYU Football Weekend

Tyler and I flew to Salt Lake City for Tyler's first BYU football game. It was a great game with a lot of scoring and BYU beating UNLV in their final drive.

On the day before the game, we rode go-karts and played laser tag until Uncle Bron and I were worn out.

Uncle Bron and Ryland met us in Salt Lake City where we visited the Temple's visitors center and conference center.

Prescott Summer 2008

During the hot Phoenix summers we try and spend as much time as possible in Prescott. Kara and her friend Alli Harper have caught a caterpillar, or "calapittar" as Kara pronounces it. Kara is always catching bugs in Prescott!

Jennifer recently discovered these paddle boats on nearby Lynx lake, shown here with our friends, the Harpers.

August 2008 Austin Texas - O'Donnell Family

Jen, Nolan, and Kara visited orthodontic classmates Scot and Barb in Austin, TX. We enjoyed their beautiful family, home and water toys!
