Austin Texas, O'Donnells

We had a great visit with the O'Donnell family in Austin, TX. Kara got to waterski and kneeboard for the first time. Tyler refined his wakeboarding skills. A great three-day weekend that went too fast! Click on the picture below, nice action shot.

Grandpa Cordon's Birthday

We all got together in July for Grandpa Cordon's Birthday. If you can't read the cake, it says,"70, the new 60!"

Education Week 2009

Once again, we had a great time at Education Week at BYU. The Julians, Schades, and Cordons (x 2) all enjoyed themselves.

The last night we were in Utah, we stayed at the Hotel Park City. This is the view from the room, I don't think Jennifer wanted to leave.

California Take 2

With only a few days before school starting, we headed back to California to get out of the Phoenix heat.

Palmyra, NY and Boston, MA

From Buffalo, we took a short drive for a two-day trip to Palmrya to see the pagaent and visit church history sites. (Above: The Sacred Grove, Below: Pagaent in background)

Nolan had to fly back to Phoenix for work, but Greg & Sandy were kind enough to drive Jennifer and the kids to Boston. They were able to see many historical sites and visit with the Smith family, whose daughter was Jennifer's best friend in high school. Heather Smith passed away on 9/11/01 on Flight 11.

Buffalo, NY Trip

In early July, we were off to see the Rusins in Buffalo, NY. These pictures were all taken at Niagra Falls.

Jennifer and the kids met up with Jennifer's childhood friend Megan Chesley for a ride on the Provo river, a ride to the top of Sundance, and fishing.

Snowbird June 2009

We had such a great time last year at Snowbird, we had to return. We kept busy on the zip line, alpine slide, trampoline, and a new ride for us this year, the mechanical bull!

Park City June 2009

We had another great visit in Park City. The kids enjoyed hanging out with their cousins, going ice skating, seeing Krispy Kreme doughnuts being made and going to Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house.
